SSA Scholarship Program
Who Can Apply
SSA employees in Headquarters and the Philadelphia region's field offices within Central Maryland (Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Hartford, Howard and Queen Anne counties) and teleservice center employees
A high school senior or full time undergraduate college student in good standing with a current GPA of 3.25 or higher
A U.S. citizen
Dependent son, daughter or grandchild of a permanent full-time or part-time SSA employee
Have a parent/sponsor who is a current year 2008 member of the Employees Activities Association (EAA)
Student participated in non-paid community volunteer activities during the last two years
How to Apply
Application forms are available on the EIS Intranet. The website is http://eis.ba.ssa.gov/eis/index.htm. Application is located under "Current News" in the center of the page. Can also be found under "Forms" on the right side of the page. Click on "Other SSA Forms" and select the SSA 1343.
